Welcome to 7th Bliss. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Orders & Payments
-All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
-Full payment is required to confirm an order unless otherwise agreed.
-Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Customised Cakes
-Customers must provide accurate details, including names, messages, images, and design requirements.
-Minor variations may occur between the final product and reference images due to the handmade nature of cakes and decorations.
-Once approved, design changes may not be possible.

3. Delivery
-We deliver across Delhi NCR, subject to service availability.
-Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details.
-Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
-Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.
-No refund will be provided for customised cakes once preparation has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Product Care
-Cakes should be stored as instructed upon delivery.
-7th Bliss is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

6. Allergens
-Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, wheat, soy, and other allergens.
-Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergy concerns before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property
-All website content, designs, images, logos, and text are the property of 7th Bliss and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
-Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
-We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
